Executive Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our team in Stanmore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area, maximising revenues and growing the property register.
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations, while managing performance through regular 1:1's and reviews.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience, along with target driven and tenacious approach.
  • Effectively manage a team, motivated and enthusiastic, with high standards of service and presentation.
