Our client, a successful and well-established estate agency, requires an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to work at their Stanmore office. The ideal candidate will have valuation experience and be familiar with the local area of HA7, HA8, HA1, HA2, and HA3.

The salary package for this role includes a basic salary of up to £24,000 - £27,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as uncapped OTE (on-target earnings) of up to £40,000 per year. Additionally, you can expect a monthly car allowance of £180.00.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your own pipeline with guaranteed commission for the first four months. You will also enjoy a 5-day week with one Saturday off each month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attending valuations
  • Briefing clients on market trends and providing tailored solutions
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating between buyers and sellers

We are looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within an estate agency. You should have good time management and organisational skills, as well as a clean driving license.
