Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Intervention Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by tackling anti-social behaviour and serious tenancy breaches.

You will be responsible for leading the investigation of reported cases of ASB, providing support and advice to customers, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve effective outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals. A deep understanding of ASB, community safety, and housing legislation is essential.

Key Accountable Areas:

  • Directly responsible for the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant Anti-Social Behaviour Service for B&D Reside.
  • Investigate all reported cases of ASB in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and regular proactive feedback to customers, updating regularly on the progress of their case.
  • Support victims and witnesses through the legal process, providing advice and guidance as appropriate.

The estimated salary for this role is £44,000 - £49,000 p.a.
