Job Description

Safer Neighborhoods Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for enforcing laws and regulations related to anti-social behavior and community safety in Lewisham.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex caseloads and develop effective strategies to reduce anti-social behavior.
  2. Build relationships with local residents, businesses, and community groups to promote community safety.
  3. Work closely with other agencies to identify and address underlying causes of anti-social behavior.
  4. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in community safety.

  • Proven experience in community safety, anti-social behavior, or enforcement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
