Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Elev8 Recruitment Ltd. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the cutting and welding business area, targeting distributors, key accounts, and large end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to hit ambitious sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product launches, efficient customer communications, and high customer retention.
  • High frequency of face-to-face meetings with clients to build solid, long-term relationships.
  • Be the go-to person for all things Cutting and Welding Technology in your region.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
