About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities and operations within their designated room, ensuring that each child has the opportunity to thrive in a positive, developmentally appropriate environment that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage activities within your room in line with EYFS standards and our nursery's ethos.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursery practitioners to maintain high standards of care and development.
  • Keep accurate developmental records for each child and regularly communicate progress with parents and carers.
  • Foster a welcoming, positive, and inclusive atmosphere within the room.
  • Uphold health & safety and safeguarding practices to the highest standards.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
