About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a multichannel marketing strategy that drives exceptional lead generation and online growth. With a £1m annual budget at your disposal, you'll have the freedom to create and execute campaigns that exceed company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives local growth and lead generation
  • Manage a £1m annual budget and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the Founder to develop and implement a commercial strategy that drives business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on local growth and lead generation
  • Proven track record of success in managing 7-figure budgets and driving campaign performance
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Google Search Console, and local SEO
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
