Chief Marketing Officer

The City Recruiter Ltd is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing strategy across the UK, Europe, and America. As a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation specialising in the legal and financial services sector, we are looking for a results-driven and metrics-focused individual to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and ensure our marketing strategies align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support our growth objectives across multiple regions.
  2. Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and alignment with our strategic goals.
  3. Enhance and grow our brand presence across all regions, ensuring consistency of messaging and positioning.
  4. Drive thought leadership initiatives to establish us as a market leader in legal and financial services, particularly in claims management.
  5. Oversee both digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional marketing (events, print, media) to ensure a unified approach.
  6. Develop data-driven marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  7. Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support the expansion into new markets, particularly in Europe and the Americas.
  8. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and new service offerings.
  9. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align marketing strategies with our overall business objectives.
  10. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  11. Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards, especially within the highly regulated legal and financial services sectors.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing role, ideally within the legal or financial services industry.
  2. Demonstrated experience in claims management, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end claims process, is highly desirable.
  3. Experience overseeing marketing activities across multiple regions, particularly in the UK, Europe, and the Americas.
