Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Compliance Administrator to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and factories, and maintaining accurate records in our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team, including raising purchase orders and updating shipping dates in the ERP system.
  2. Liaise with suppliers and factories to obtain prices and lead times, and negotiate contracts as required.
  3. Administer the ERP system, including adding new items and costings, and raising purchase requisitions.
  4. Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely dispatch of goods.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in administration, preferably in a supply chain or procurement role.
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with knowledge of Access an advantage.
  4. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
