Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and collaborating with senior leadership to advance partnerships. Understand client objectives and challenges to identify efficiencies in marketing, procurement, and sustainability.
- Operational Excellence: Manage marketing activations from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution within budget. Implement sustainability initiatives, tracking key performance metrics like GHG emissions and recyclability.
- Financial Management: Boost revenue by identifying growth opportunities within existing clients. Oversee account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring projects remain within budget.
- Team Development and People Leadership: Oversee team resources, development, and performance, offering guidance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in promotional products or procurement outsourcing for CPG/retail clients.
- Experience in the drinks industry is preferable.
- Experience of managing teams to achieve strong results.
- Expertise in POS, Print, Premium, and Display production.
- Strong commercial acumen, project management, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
