Creative Technical Artist

Frostbite, Electronic Arts' proprietary game engine, is a powerful tool that empowers creators to bring their best ideas to life. As a Technical Artist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the engine's procedural tools and workflows, ensuring that game teams can focus on innovation and creativity.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and game teams to enhance the procedural systems and tools.
- Design, share, and maintain procedural tools and pipelines to accelerate game team workflows.
- Advise and collaborate with Technical Artists and Designers across EA studios on tools, workflows, and best practices.
- At least 5+ years of experience in game development or the film industry, with a focus on procedural tools, Python scripting, and art pipelines.
- Experience creating procedural solutions and algorithms in a game or film production environment.
- Proficiency in common DCCs (Maya, 3dsmax, etc.).
- Shipped 1+ games or similar within relevant industries.
- Experience helping others achieve their best through game development tools.
- Experience with a diversity of content creation tools within a game engine.
- Knowledge of Lua, C#, or other scripting languages.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with multiple teams and individuals globally.
