An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join the team at Evelina London Children's Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role, where you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have significant experience in working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will be expected to work autonomously within a range of outpatient settings, providing evidence-based advice and treatment, and collaborating with young people and their families.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of patients within the specialty, delivering specialized individualized and personalized direct patient care. You will also demonstrate appropriate practice and specialist advice in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a group of patients within the specialty while working as part of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate appropriate practice and specialist advice in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Act as an advocate for patients within the department to ensure a patient-oriented approach to the delivery of care.
  • Ensure that patients receive high-quality clinical care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs, and doctrines.

This is a permanent position, and we offer a competitive salary of £56,760 - £83,667 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
