About The Job

We are recruiting a Sales Performance Director to join our Machine Mart team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
Our Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holiday time.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • A strong understanding of sales operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and performance analysis.
