About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Consultant to join our team at Boots Opticians. As an Optical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to our customers, recommending products to aid their health and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ordering and dispensing of glasses and contact lenses
  • Providing after-sales support through repairs and adjustments
  • Working together as part of a team
  • Completing operational and administrative tasks associated with the running of a store
  • Supporting other colleagues within the stores to develop their knowledge
Requirements
  • Passion for customer service
  • Experience working in retail or an optical environment
