**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Fire Engineer to join our team at Construction Professionals Recruitment.

Salary:** £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

About the Role:

As a key member of our specialist division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fire risk assessments and providing expert advice on fire safety compliance and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key aspects of dynamic projects within a multi-disciplinary professional services firm.
  • Deliver thorough Fire Risk Assessments, including visual and fully intrusive inspections.
  • Engage confidently with clients, such as Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in fire engineering.
  2. Proven expertise conducting External Wall Risk Assessments and Compartmentation Surveys.
  3. Proficiency completing Type 1-4 FRAs and understanding compartmentation in both small and large-scale projects.
  4. Hands-on experience with refurbishment and re-cladding large and smaller projects.
  5. Solid knowledge of fire protection systems and the ability to provide strategic guidance on fire safety measures.
