You will work closely with our talented teams in Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, and CRM to ensure our customers receive a fantastic experience. Our operations run 365 days a year, featuring a variety of shift patterns to fit different lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear and concise communication to customers via live chat, email, and phone.
- Listen to customer inquiries and resolve problems effectively while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Address customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, with a focus on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Requirements
- An ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and our culture.
- Fluent in Danish.
- Enthusiasm and be a self-motivated team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in the gambling industry is desirable but not essential.
