Job Description
As a Technical Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for handling support tickets, resolving user issues, and serving as the first point of contact for remote technical issues.
You will also be responsible for providing quick and effective technical support to minimise user disruptions, ensuring that our customers' technical needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, particularly in MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, and SharePoint.
You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
