Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and friendly individual to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower as a Front Desk Clerk. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can register arriving guests accurately, explain hotel facilities, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling guest inquiries, and making reservations when necessary.

The successful candidate will have the ability to learn multiple computer software and accurately input information into the systems. Additionally, they must be available to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow with our team. We offer a competitive salary plus excellent service charge, 28 holidays inclusive of Bank Holidays, and other attractive benefits.
