We are seeking a highly skilled DB pension specialist to join our team at PARC Auto Group. The successful candidate will have experience in applying diversity and inclusion into pay and reward practice, as well as experience of financial modelling relating to pay, benefits and reward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying diversity and inclusion into pay and reward practice
  • Experience of financial modelling relating to pay, benefits and reward
  • Local Government experience in pay and reward
  • Knowledge and experience of pension schemes and employer responsibilities

Requirements:

  • CIPD professional membership (Level 5 and above) and experience
  • Demonstrable experience of applying diversity and inclusion into pay and reward practice
  • Experience of conducting equality and data protection impact assessments
