We are seeking a compassionate and caring Mobile Response Specialist to join our team in the Oxford area.

As a Mobile Response Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to calls from our customers and service users in accordance with agreed procedures and laid down timescales.

Call outs will include, but are not exclusive to, no response calls, complete failure of lifeline system and associated equipment, lost pendants, falls pick up, and minor injuries that can be dealt with by administering first aid.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • To deliver the service in line with contract requirements, operating within the agreed parameters for the role.
  • To ensure that all work undertaken on customer's premises is carried out in a safe manner, with the customer's consent and to the company's standards.

Requirements include:

  • Knowledge of lifeline services and the equipment used would be an advantage.
  • Excellent approach to customer service – in person and on the phone.
  • Experience in the care sector desirable.
  • Clean Driving License.
