Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Novotel London Greenwich. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front office team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance.
  • Direct daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Assist in conducting training for front office employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attend to credit problems and ensure efficient and courteous service to all guests.
  • Supervise and support the front office team, ensuring they understand and adhere to department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates, and general hotel information.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management.
  • Effectively use guest feedback to improve product and service delivery.
  • Openly communicate with staff, ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is passed on.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating efficiency and a commitment to providing Total Customer Satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
