Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Ex-Mill Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gas sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain site equipment, tools, and resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the gas sector.
  • Proven track record of managing site operations and ensuring project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the gas sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
