About the Role

As a vital member of our team, you will make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we work with. You will engage with customers through regular communication, ensuring they are aware of works processes and updates.

You will coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide excellent customer aftercare, managing expectations between residents, clients, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate handover of keys and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer aftercare and support

We are looking for someone who has worked in a contractor or client-side resident liaison role, preferably within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.
