B2B Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a small and tight-knit team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase capacity.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships for long-term growth.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire the sales team to improve their performance.
- Work closely with the directors to ensure sales training and development plans are in place.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader within Sales, Account Management, or Telesales is essential for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and team members alike. If you are a people person with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales leadership, we would love to hear from you.
