As a Clinical Support Specialist with Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, you will form part of the dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients within the Diagnostic Imaging Service. Key Responsibilities
  • Logistical Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating logistical aspects, such as managing consultant bookings, entering and updating patient information, and contacting patients to arrange appointments.
  • Patient Engagement: You will engage with patients and their families, providing clear and concise information, responding to queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the department by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
