Compass Associates is a leading provider of specialist education and care services for children with complex needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team, working in residential settings to provide direct clinical work, assessment, supervision and training.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Emotional Behavioural Difficulties or who have experienced trauma.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and contribute to our organisation's mission to deliver high-quality services that transform lives.

**Salary:** Up to £63,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications

**Location:** Portsmouth, with regular travel across the region. The role involves working from home and on-site in residential settings.
