**Job Title:** SEN Teacher

**Location:** Northampton, Northamptonshire
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Thrapston. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SLCN.
Role Overview:
The school is committed to providing a safe, secure, and inspiring environment for all students. As an SEN Teacher, you will work closely with the experienced SENCO and teaching assistants to develop and implement individual learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and support students with severe special educational needs
- Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching team to develop and implement individual learning plans
- Work closely with teaching assistants to provide additional support and guidance
- Monitor student progress and contribute to regular review meetings
Support and Resources:
- 2 experienced teaching assistants
- Specialist support from a full-time SENCO
- Well-established routines and learning plans in place
- Supportive and experienced staff team
