We are seeking a talented and experienced Development Director - Fundraising to join our team at Elidyr Communities Trust. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports our programmes, goals, and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include leading the creation and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, establishing clear processes and policies for fundraising, aligning fundraising initiatives with the needs of the organisation, and building and maintaining strong relationships with funders.

This is a full-time role, primarily remote, with occasional travel required to Rhandirmwyn for in-person meetings, team collaboration, and other key events. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including an employee healthcare scheme, rewarding work, supportive environment, professional development opportunities, and work-life balance.
