Director of Development and Partnerships

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and help drive the growth of Elidyr Communities Trust. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with funders, donors, and stakeholders, as well as identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in fundraising leadership, with expertise in grant writing, donor relations, and community engagement. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. This is a full-time role, primarily remote, with occasional travel required to Rhandirmwyn for in-person meetings, team collaboration, and other key events. We estimate the role will require a minimum of 3-4 days per month on-site. Reasonable travel expenses for trips to Rhandirmwyn will be covered by the organisation.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as access to continuous learning and development opportunities to support your career advancement.
