Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide day-to-day companionship, personal care, and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Assist clients with practical tasks, such as shopping, household chores, and managing medication.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care setting, such as a care home, domiciliary care, or other care environment.
- Caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach to client care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
