Customer Service Store Warehouse Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Store Warehouse Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, taking an active interest in their projects and providing expert advice and guidance.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our product lines and offer advice and assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare customer orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a Forklift Truck, minimizing manual handling and ensuring efficient stock management.
- Inspect incoming deliveries, reporting any missing or damaged products to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain stock levels in both the shop and yard areas, conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the branch remains clean and tidy, creating a positive first impression for our customers.
- Prioritize Health & Safety, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
