Job Title: Area Clinical Specialist

Milestone Retirement Communities is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Area Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and oversight to our clinical and operational teams across various communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to the Director of Health and Wellness and personal care staff
  • Promote the health and well-being of residents, including reporting observed changes in resident condition or health
  • Ensure compliance with State and company policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Nursing, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Residential or Health Care setting
  • Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
