About the Role:
Milestone Retirement Communities is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Area Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and oversight to our clinical and operational teams across multiple communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical guidance and support to our healthcare teams, including informational and direct care demonstrations as needed.
- Collaborate with our Director of Health and Wellness to ensure the health and well-being of our residents.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or health, as well as any non-compliance with state and company policies and procedures.

- A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
