About the Role:

Milestone Retirement Communities is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Area Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinical guidance and oversight to our clinical and operational teams, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to the Director of Health and Wellness and personal care staff
  • Promote the health and well-being of each resident, reporting any changes in condition or non-compliance with policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement healthcare strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with state and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Nursing, or related field
  • State-specific RN, LVN, or LPN accreditation or license required
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Residential or Health Care setting
  • Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
