NHS Specialist Orthodontist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled NHS Specialist Orthodontist to join our team at Carisbrooke, a 10-practice referrals practice with an excellent reputation. As an orthodontic specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatment to patients, working closely with our experienced dentists and hygienists.

About the Role
As a Specialist Orthodontist, you will have a full diary of private referrals, with the scope to increase as your skills and expertise grow. You will work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, taking advantage of our spacious surgery facilities. Our practice offers a free and secure car park for staff, making it easy to commute and relax during breaks.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to determine the best course of treatment
- Work collaboratively with our dental team to deliver seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in orthodontics, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your practice

Your Requirements
- Specialist registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Significant experience in orthodontic practice, preferably within the NHS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing complex cases with ease
