Job Title: Contract Processing Agent

At Focus Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Processing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Loyalty Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers offboard from our services efficiently and effectively.

Job Purpose:

The Contract Processing Agent is responsible for ensuring that customers are offboarded from our services in a timely and professional manner. This includes verifying customer instructions, calculating early termination fees, and ensuring that all relevant information is provided to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify customer instructions and ensure that all necessary information is provided.
  • Calculate early termination fees and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that all cease requests are raised with the required level of detail to the Operational and Finance teams.
  • Finalize and close off all billing items.
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly tracking data for analysis and continued monitoring.
  • Alert management lines to any common themes that are impacting customers offboarding or hold commercial impact to Focus Group.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deal with tasks at various steps within a process.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven track record of working independently and showing persistence, while fostering good working relationships across teams.
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
