Electrical Panel Production Manager

Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in electrical panel production? We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Panel Production Manager to join our team at Engineering.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the production and assembly of switchgear and control panels
  • Manage day-to-day operations, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Provide leadership to the workshop team, maintaining high safety standards
  • Assemble electrical switchgear and associated electromechanical equipment/systems according to engineering drawings and production timescales
  • Oversee the testing of switchgear, control panels, and busbar systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, particularly in the field of switchgear or electrical equipment
  • Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Flexible approach to work, willingness to learn, and ability to be part of a team
