Job Title: Clinical Practice and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice and Development Manager to join our team at NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Training Hub.

About the Role

The Clinical Practice and Development Manager will be responsible for implementing the General Practice Non-Clinical Development (GPNC) project, ensuring that all requirements are met and agreed solutions are implemented. This role is critical to enhancing BNSSG general practice non-clinical and management education and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the GPNC project, ensuring requirements are fully met and agreed solutions are implemented.
  • Ensure required deliverables are met within defined quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Facilitate full realisation of benefits defined in the Project Initiation Document (PID).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with the GPNC Steering Group and Training Hub Oversight Board.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What We Offer
