A leading M&E Service Provider is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to work at a healthcare site in Cheltenham. This role offers a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a continental shift pattern with 2 days working, 3 days off, 3 days working, 2 days off, etc.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PPMs, FCUs, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, UPS, BMS, generators, 3-phase power supply, AHUs, and water treatments.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the site's mechanical and electrical systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance.
- City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent.
- 18th edition certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Clean Full UK Driving Licence.
