Resident Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

A fantastic chance to work with Invictus Group, a leading M&E Service Provider, as a Resident Maintenance Engineer at a healthcare site in Cheltenham. This role offers a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a continental shift pattern with 2 days working, 3 days off, 3 days working, 2 days off, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
  2. Carry out Fault Clearance and Urgent (FCU) tasks
  3. Test and maintain emergency lighting systems
  4. Conduct fire alarm testing and maintenance
  5. Manage UPS and BMS systems
  6. Operate generators and maintain 3-phase power supply
  7. Inspect and maintain Air Handling Units (AHU) and water treatment systems
Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
  2. Hold a City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent
  3. Be certified in the 18th edition
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a well-presented appearance, as this role involves client-facing interactions
  5. A clean Full UK Driving Licence
