The Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join our team at Outwood Academy City Fields. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in improving attendance and supporting the academic success of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to identify the reasons behind student absences and work with families to develop strategies to improve attendance.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement attendance improvement plans.
- Provide pastoral support to students and their families, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with the academy's leadership team to identify and address attendance-related issues.
