About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our Life Sciences team in South Oxfordshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the quality division and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have broad GxP experience with a focus on GCP and GLP. You will be responsible for leading the build of a PQMS, embedding best practices, and identifying roadmap and strategy to build out a team.

You will work closely with senior leadership to drive quality standards across the business. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a quality department, GxP and GCP experience, and experience building out a QMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality division as they look to continue their growth trajectory
  • Lead the build of a PQMS and embed best practices
  • Identify roadmap and strategy, looking to build out a team
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive quality standards across the business
