About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Facilities Assistant. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality service to our customers and service users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members of the public, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with building control, security, cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good administrative, communication, and IT skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Willingness to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
