Administrative Support Specialist

About this role
Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to the client, regional facilities managers, and wider contract team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage office functions, including raising job requests, raising purchase orders, and updating internal and client systems.
- Be the first point of contact for any requests and assist with ensuring deadlines are met for submission of documentation relating to compliance, QHSE, KPI, and reporting.
- Continuously identify and contribute to the improvement of administration processes and tasks and embrace a collaborative learning culture with your team and the wider business.
Requirements
- Experience of providing administrative support to a team.
- Experience of delivering customer service by telephone and email.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
- Ability to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of and experience in the Facilities Management industry (desirable).
