As a Safety and Environment Specialist with Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SHE policies and procedures, conducting workplace inspections and risk assessments, and delivering SHE training.

About the Role:

You will be based in one of our UK operations warehouses, working as part of a dynamic and innovative team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in health and safety, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures
  • Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments
  • Deliver SHE training
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses
  • Analyze SHE performance data and prepare reports
  • Support the maintenance of SHE management systems
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
