We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales to lead our Commercial Team at ALAssociates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare market, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide the Commercial Team, including National Account Managers and the Commercial Co-ordinator, to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and third-party partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A proven track record of success in healthcare sales and management, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Sales Targets: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing tools and technologies.
