Job Title: Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Peterborough, Lincolnshire. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents, while also managing a team of staff to achieve commercial and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel.
  • Ensure the environment is compliant with local governing bodies.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve commercial and quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Care.
  • Proven experience of managing a residential care home or a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
  • Flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.
  • Passion for elderly care.
