Residential Elderly Care Home Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Elderly Care Home Leader to join our valued client and run their stunning care home in the Lincolnshire area.

The successful candidate will have a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and be able to evidence they have what it takes to run a successful care home in line with commercial and quality outcomes.

As a Residential Elderly Care Home Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of multi-skilled professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel.

You will need to ensure that the environment is compliant with local governing bodies and have a flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for elderly care and be able to showcase their ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
