Salary


We offer a competitive salary range of £12.00 to £13.00 per hour, with enhanced bank holiday rates. This ensures that our Care Assistants are rewarded for their hard work and dedication.



Job Description


As a Support Worker with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and support to our clients. Your duties may include:



  • Providing companionship and social interaction to enhance our clients' mental and emotional well-being
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping

You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing a sense of security and reassurance in times of need.



Required Skills and Qualifications


No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you achieve your goals. You will receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Care upon completion of our award-winning training programme.
