Continuous Improvement Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team at Opex Selection. As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency by implementing lean projects and improving processes across several sites in the North West of England.
This is a highly autonomous position that requires strong leadership and coaching skills. You will work closely with teams to implement lean tools and improve processes, driving business growth and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing lean/continuous improvement (CI) projects within a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment. A graduate calibre with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred, although not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process improvements
- Implement lean projects across multiple sites
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience with lean tools and methodologies
- A graduate calibre with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification (desired)
- A full UK Driving License for regular travel
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, a car allowance of £7,500 per year, an annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits including an employer pension contribution of 7%.
